- One Pot Broccoli and Rice – from My Plant Based Family (see our review)
We have oatmeal for breakfast and potatoes (premade in the Instant Pot) to fill in for lunches if needed.
We’re also going to try the Best Vegan Queso – from Vegan 8 – to go with some of these Costco frozen pretzels.
This is great! The presentation makes you want to try it right away. My “curry” glands are salivating.
