Meal Plan 2/28/2021

Here’s what we’re planning on making for meals this week:

We have oatmeal for breakfast and potatoes (premade in the Instant Pot) to fill in for lunches if needed.

We’re also going to try the Best Vegan Queso – from Vegan 8 – to go with some of these Costco frozen pretzels.
